A special menu for Wednesdays…for $40

—  Prix Fixe Wednesday  —
 

Every Wednesday we serve a special Prix Fixe menu that allows our Chefs to flex their creativity. Each week the menu changes, but the price does not. $40 for a three course meal every time!

 

1st course

 shiro miso soup  —
 aburage, carrot, scallions

-or-

 fresh tortillas, cod tempura  —
avocado, piquillo, cream

2nd course

—  beet pave —
cashew cream, toasted pistachio, balsamic reduction 

-or-

—  seared duck breast  —
carrot and orange purée, dauphinois potatoes, mushroom port demi

dessert

—  yukon gold potato pudding  —
blackberry compote, macadamia nuts
